Postpartum Doula Support Pricing

Welcoming a new baby into your family is an exciting, but sometimes overwhelming time. As a postpartum doula, I am here to offer you the support, guidance, and care you need to navigate the early days and weeks of your baby’s life. Whether you need help with newborn care, household tasks, or emotional support, I provide personalized services to meet your family’s unique needs.

Hourly Postpartum Doula Support

$40 per hour
Minimum of 3 hours per day

My postpartum doula services are available on an hourly basis with a minimum of 3 hours per day, offering you the flexibility to schedule support according to your needs.

What’s Included in Postpartum Doula Support:

  • Basic Housework
    I will assist with household tasks such as laundry, dishes, bottle cleaning, and nursery organization to help keep your space clean and manageable.

  • Newborn Care Information & Support
    I provide guidance on newborn care, including diapering, soothing techniques, sleep routines, and general baby care tips, helping you feel confident as you adjust to your new role.

  • Breastfeeding & Pumping Support
    I offer hands-on support with breastfeeding, including latch assistance, troubleshooting, and guidance on pumping and bottle feeding to ensure both you and baby are comfortable.

  • Nutritious Meal & Snack Prep
    I’ll help with preparing healthy meals and snacks to ensure you are nourished and energized during those busy postpartum days.

  • Caring for Older Children
    If you have older children, I can help care for them, providing a smooth transition as they adjust to their new sibling and ensuring they feel supported too.

  • Unbiased Emotional Support for Parents
    The postpartum period can be emotionally challenging. I offer compassionate, unbiased emotional support to both parents as you adjust to life with your newborn, helping to reduce stress and foster a positive family dynamic.

Payment & Booking

To secure postpartum doula support before baby is born a $250 non refundable deposit is required and goes towards your service hours. Hours are decided at contract signing in bundles of 12, 20 or 40 hours per week and I offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs. 

To secure postpartum doula support after baby is born, half of the agreed upon payment is required at start of services with the remaining balance paid by the end of contracted hours.
